Refunds
Our goal is to provide you with the best class experience possible. If you are not satisfied with the program - let us know and we will correct the situation immediately.
Refunds
Full refund, less a $25 processing fee, up to the end of general registration (before the session begins). From the end of general registration until the third class, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds given after the third class meeting.
Low Enrollment
Full refund for classes cancelled due to low enrollment. Refunds processed within 2 weeks and applied to the payment method used for initial registration.
School Cancellations
If our classes are cancelled by the school due to school closure (weather, facility issues, school closures, school-dictated unavailability of space or other issues outside of our control), no make-ups or refunds will be provided.
Late Enrollments
Class fees are prorated after the first class meets, a $15 administrative fee applies to late enrollments. To help minimize school day interruptions, same day enrollments are not permitted. Enrollments received on the day a class is scheduled to meet, will start the following week.
