Buzz with Flavorful Energy

Hello iCook family! We hope you’ll join us on a journey to make and try these wonderful energy filled drink options! Let us know what you think!


Below are two fun recipes we hope you enjoy!

Natural Hydration Drink for Kids:

Ingredients

  • 3 cups coconut water

  • 1 cup apple juice

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Optional

  • 1/4 medium lime

  • 1/4 medium orange

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a high powered blender, and blend for 1 minute.

  2. Pour into containers and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later. Will stay good in the fridge for 1 week.

  3. Optional: add a squeeze of lime and fresh orange!

Homemade Citrus Electrolyte Drink


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

  2. Store in Mason jars or reusable glass cap bottles.
