Below are two fun recipes we hope you enjoy!
Natural Hydration Drink for Kids:
Ingredients
Optional
1/4 medium lime
1/4 medium orange
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a high powered blender, and blend for 1 minute.
Pour into containers and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later. Will stay good in the fridge for 1 week.
Optional: add a squeeze of lime and fresh orange!

Homemade Citrus Electrolyte Drink
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups water (filtered or purified or raw coconut water)
1/8 tsp Himalayan Pink salt I like Himalayan better - it has 84 trace minerals
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Store in Mason jars or reusable glass cap bottles.
